Log House Gumbo

1 1/2 mugs sliced onions
1 mug cut celery
1/2 mug cut eco-friendly bell pepper
6 tbsps grease
1 1/2 tbsps flour
1 quart water
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp catsup
1 tbsp diced garlic
Pinch of red pepper
Pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
Salt to taste
1 can okra
2 mugs tinned tomatoes
1 extra pound cleansed raw shrimp
1/2 extra pound fresh crab meat
1 1/2 tsps gumbo data

Braise onions, celery as well as eco-friendly pepper in 2 tbsps of oil.
