ALU Concept Quinta 70 is designed to afford you the maximum enjoyment of your garden house. The elegant extra roof for the veranda provides shade on hot sunny days and makes it the perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy quality time with friends. ALU Concept Quinta 70 creates a cozy feeling thanks to its sturdy slow-grown spruce construction which offers natural insulating properties in all weather conditions.

ALU Concept Quinta 70 is created using high-quality timber logs. Thanks to the interlocking tongue and groove method, ALU Concept Quinta 70 log house forms a tight seal against water ingress and draughts, while promising a strong and robust build.

High-quality 70 mm thick logs with 4-way corner milling and double groove and tongue ensure an exceptionally high level of wind and rain tightness. We only use reliable, high-quality Nordic spruce wood for our garden houses. Due to long, cold winters and short summers, the Nordic spruce grows very slowly, so that very tight annual rings form, which make the wood particularly hard and make it very resistant. The production takes place on the most modern computer-controlled machines so that a snug fit is achieved with all kits.

ANTI-ROT WARRANTY

We are confident in giving our products an anti-rot warranty that is valid for 5-10 years (depending on the product) because first and foremost we value quality and craftsmanship. That said nothing lasts by itself. For the warranty to stay valid, our products need to be treated with paint or an oil-based preservant according to our maintenance guidelines.

FREE DELIVERY IN MAINLAND Ireland

As a promotional offer, we provide delivery in mainland Ireland free of charge for all of our products! For products in stock, we can offer delivery in 4-5 working days, but for custom-made and out-of-stock products the delivery usually takes from 10-12 weeks.

What is included in the price of our installation service?

The installation service covers the assembly of the cabin, mounting floorboards, roof boards, doors and windows, and other details that you ordered with your new cabin on our website. The base price of the installation service does not include the construction of a foundation (please contact us separately to get a quote for foundation construction) and does not include the installation of materials and details you have bought elsewhere.

Completion of additional works

If you’d like the installation crew to do additional works, for example, complete the foundation or install details and materials bought elsewhere, they will quote you an additional price. Don’t hesitate to ask for extra services like guttering, plumbing, electrical work, or other related works that can be done at a great price.

Pay only 20 % of the installation fee when placing the order

We provide a chance to place a down payment of 20 % which is calculated from the total sum of your shopping cart (including the installation service). Please note that the remaining balance needs to be paid not less than 2 days before the scheduled delivery.
