MELANY 70 is a wooden cabin with contemporary styling that captures the essence of what a modern wooden garden room should be like. With windows in every wall of the cabin, it’s perfect for a home office that captures the maximum amount of natural light. It also makes it an attractive option for a home-based arts and crafts studio or an a garden room that can be opened up to the garden.

The sturdy 70 mm structure makes it suitable for colder weather conditions. With additional insulation ot the floor and the roof of the cabin it can also withstand colder temperatures while keeping the indoor climate healthy and cosy.

The structure itself is carefully manufactured in our North European factories, using CE-certified materials and following ISO9001 quality management standards. This helps us guarantee that your timber cabin has high quality, but is also delivered on-time.

The perfect foundation for this building would be an insulated concrete slab foundation, but depending on your budget and the type of soil it can also be mounted on a treated timber post-foundation. We are confident in giving our products an anti-rot warranty that is valid for 5-10 years (depending on the product) because first and foremost we value quality and craftsmanship. That said nothing lasts by itself. For the warranty to stay valid, our products need to be treated with paint or an oil-based preservant according to our maintenance guidelines.

FREE DELIVERY IN MAINLAND Ireland

As a promotional offer, we provide delivery in mainland Ireland free of charge for all of our products! For products in stock, we can offer delivery in 4-5 working days, but for custom-made and out-of-stock products the delivery usually takes from 10-12 weeks.

What is included in the price of our installation service?

The installation service covers the assembly of the cabin, mounting floorboards, roof boards, doors and windows, and other details that you ordered with your new cabin on our website. The base price of the installation service does not include the construction of a foundation (please contact us separately to get a quote for foundation construction) and does not include the installation of materials and details you have bought elsewhere.

Completion of additional works

If you’d like the installation crew to do additional works, for example, complete the foundation or install details and materials bought elsewhere, they will quote you an additional price. Don’t hesitate to ask for extra services like guttering, plumbing, electrical work, or other related works that can be done at a great price.

Pay only 20 % of the installation fee when placing the order

We provide a chance to place a down payment of 20 % which is calculated from the total sum of your shopping cart (including the installation service). Please note that the remaining balance needs to be paid not less than 2 days before the scheduled delivery.
