Product Description:

A compact and simple garden room Steve 44 with modern design makes your life easier and organized. Gather your belongings into one place to keep them safe and protected.

Made of nordic timber wood which makes it last for years to come. High-quality 44 mm thick logs with 4-way corner millings with double groove and tongue ensure an exceptionally high level of wind and rain tightness. Roof construction consists of massive roof beams, 18mm thick tongue and groove boards. Roof construction is also suitable for higher snow loads. Windows and doors are equipped with insulated glass which is inserted in silicone. The insulating glazing contributes to significantly better heat and sound insulation. Heat losses compared to windows and doors with average single glazing are significantly reduced.

We are confident in giving our products an anti-rot warranty that is valid for 5-10 years (depending on the product) because first and foremost we value quality and craftsmanship. That said nothing lasts by itself. For the warranty to stay valid, our products need to be treated with paint or an oil-based preservant according to our maintenance guidelines.

FREE DELIVERY IN MAINLAND Ireland

As a promotional offer, we provide delivery in mainland Ireland free of charge for all of our products! For products in stock, we can offer delivery in 4-5 working days, but for custom-made and out-of-stock products the delivery usually takes from 10-12 weeks.

What is included in the price of our installation service?

The installation service covers the assembly of the cabin, mounting floorboards, roof boards, doors and windows, and other details that you ordered with your new cabin on our website. The base price of the installation service does not include the construction of a foundation (please contact us separately to get a quote for foundation construction) and does not include the installation of materials and details you have bought elsewhere.

Completion of additional works

If you’d like the installation crew to do additional works, for example, complete the foundation or install details and materials bought elsewhere, they will quote you an additional price. Don’t hesitate to ask for extra services like guttering, plumbing, electrical work, or other related works that can be done at a great price.

Pay only 20 % of the installation fee when placing the order

We provide a chance to place a down payment of 20 % which is calculated from the total sum of your shopping cart (including the installation service). Please note that the remaining balance needs to be paid not less than 2 days before the scheduled delivery.
