Pricing for the Foundation

Client guarantees that the site is level and stable if the timber frame and block pad foundation services are purchased from the supplier. If the builders do not identify, the client may be charged an additional €15 per square meter for foundation work, or the foundation may be refused, and the client must organize the foundation themselves.

Insulation is number 17 on the list.

Please keep this in mind. When we internally insulate the exterior walls, we reduce the overall internal area, so our final clearance dimensions may change. It is best to measure in the field after installation.

All of our structures are ready-to-assemble. Sanding, filling, painting, and sealing are all necessary.
